“I started dancing in high school with after-school extracurriculars such as homecoming and fantastics! Starting my sophomore year, I started taking dance classes at school and my senior year I joined the competitive dance team Movement Munchers. When I graduated high school I joined the adult competitive team Chocolate Factory which I stayed on through its transition to Pursuit of Passion.“

OOS: How would you describe your dance style?

I would describe my style as groovy, sassy, picturesque

OOS: What are your dance goals as a mentor?

I hope to continue broadening my move set as well as my mind in order to be able to better communicate with my students. I want to be able to answer any of my students’ questions articulately and confidently.

OOS: What will your students learn or experience in your class?

I hope to create a learning environment for my students where they have fun and are comfortable. Kpop is all about performance so I hope to bolster their confidence and give them access to a wider range of choices by teaching dances as clearly as I can.
