On One Studios Policies & Rules

Facility Usage

  • Lobby is designated as a waiting area for OOS dancers/parents. No soliciting is allowed on the OOS premises.
  • NO CHILDCARE is provided. Please do not leave children unattended in the lobby, studio rooms, and hallways.
  • OOS is not responsible for Lost or Stolen items. Any belongings left after classes may be put in the “Lost & Found” bin. Any unclaimed belongings may be recycled or thrown away at any time under OOS discretion.

    Class Etiquette

    • For everyone’s safety, place all your belongings in the designated areas in the studio. Do not block doors, pathways, or walkways. During class transition, please allow students to exit the studio before entering for your class. 
    • PHONES / ELECTRONIC DEVICES must be on silent or vibrate to prevent any disruptions. 
    • VIDEO RECORDING during classes is allowed upon expressed permission of the studio/instructor. Please respect instructors wishes when they do not want their work posted online or viewed by others outside of the class. 
    • Maintenance of clean clothing and personal hygiene is extremely important and is strongly encouraged for the benefit and safety of all dancers. Please wear deodorant and do not leave soiled exercise clothing. 
    • NO FOOD OR DRINK is allowed inside the dance studio except for water. NO SMOKING OR VAPING in or around the OOS premises.
    • Due to capacity and safety, only PAID students are allowed in the studio room during class/workshop instruction. Potential dance students and friends/family may view the class from the lobby/viewing windows.

      Attendance & Tardiness

      Once a purchase has been made, no refunds will be issued for late arrivals, absences, or cancellations. Only store credit will be allowed.

      If a client does not attend their scheduled class, it is considered a no show. No shows do not receive refunds or store credit.

      If a client can no longer attend a class, workshop, or event at On One Studios that sells out or reaches max capacity, no refunds or OOS Store credit will be issued. The client may transfer their ticket to another person by providing written confirmation through email to contact@ononestudios.com, prior to the class/workshop/event.

        Teen's Waiver Form

        While our Adult Program classes are meant for dancers 18+, teens may drop in to Urban III Classes, Open Level Classes, and K-Pop Classes for $18 at the door. If your child is interested in one of the aforementioned, please fill out this Teen’s Waiver Form and turn it in to the front desk upon arrival.

        Return Policy

        Refunds & store credit

        No Refunds are issued once a purchase has been made, only store credit if the member or student provides notice to OOS prior to their scheduled class (with the exception to OOS UP Membership participants.) To receive OOS Store credit, clients must provide written notice of their absence by email to contact@ononestudios.com or call the studio during operational hours, prior to the scheduled class. OOS store credit will be issued on the client's Mindbody account for future classes, workshops, and events hosted by On One Studios. There is no expiration date for OOS store credit.

        Cancellations

        If a class/workshop/event is cancelled by On One Studios due to unforeseen circumstances, the clients will receive a full refund or OOS store credit (client’s choice).

        OOS UP Withdrawal/Suspension

        For cancellations, holds, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members MUST complete this form at least 5 days prior to the scheduled billing date. That billing date is set from the day the membership was originally purchased.

        If the OOS UP withdrawal/suspension form is completed within the 5-day period prior to the billing date, you will be charged for the following month of the OOS UP membership, and then all charges thereafter will cease. No refunds will be issued once the membership fee has been charged.

        SUSPENSIONS:

        You can pause your OOS UP membership for a max of two months (60 days from your billing date). When you resume your OOS UP membership, your next billing period will be extended for the duration of your freeze and the restart date will be your new billing date. Note that days spent on suspension will NOT be counted toward Milestone Perks.

        Violation of Policies or Rules

        If any member or guest violates any of the Policies or Rules, On One Studios will ask that person to stop or leave. A guest or member’s violation of any of the Policies or Rules may also cause On One Studios, in its sole discretion, to terminate that person’s membership and/or other agreements.

        Code of Conduct

        On One Studios Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate the privileges of members who do not conform to On One Studios rules. Such conduct may include (but is not limited to) loud, boisterous or obscene language and/or gestures, offensive language, profanity, abusive language, lewd conduct, harassment, attempts to reprimand studio employees, or conduct that would be deemed bothersome by On One Studios management, as well as any conduct that may endanger the best interest of the Studio, its employees, members or guests. Members are also responsible for the conduct of their children and guests. Access to On One Studios is prohibited whilst under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

        Damages

        Any damage to On One Studios by any member, his/her guest or children shall be paid for by the member or guest responsible.

        Obstructing Employees & Staff

        It is unbecoming, and shall be grounds for disciplinary action, including termination of membership, for members or guests to abuse any of the On One Studios staff, verbally or otherwise. Members are requested to report misbehavior or violations of rules or laws committed by employees or staff, and other members or guests, to the General Manager. Violations will be subject to disciplinary action as deemed necessary by On One Studios Management. Members or guests are not permitted to request special personal services from employees.
