“I began dance in 2006 when participating in high school events. In college, I continued my dance journey with local workshops before joining my first competitive team in 2011. I continued with the team until eventually becoming director in 2016. A year later, I opened On One Studios with a few colleagues and continued to dance ever since!“

Hello! My name is Kevin Breis.

OOS: How would you describe your dance style?

My style is a mix of groovy and sassy. I love performing and many of my pieces focus on being able to perform with high energy and personality.

OOS: What are your dance goals as a mentor?

I want to grow the community by introducing dance to people who may have not thought of dance as something they would enjoy. I want to introduce people to this great community and share the joys and benefits of dance to as many people as I can.

OOS: What will your students learn or experience in your class?

Students who take my class will learn ways to emphasize moves or sequences depending on choices, dynamics, or adding their own unique flare.
