Hi, I’m Lauren B! I’m glad you’re here!
OOS: How would you describe your dance style?
House is a music and dance culture and community with New York, Chicago and Detroit roots. House is a melting pot of movement and rhythms that intersects and integrates through freestyle dance conversations on the club floor.
OOS: What are your dance goals as a mentor?
My goal as a mentor is to provide encouragement and tools that help people find their personal freedom in movement, as well as to share my love for House culture.
OOS: What will your students learn or experience in your class?
Students who take my class will gain a better awareness of rhythm and groove, and will participate in a communal experience.
